By continuing with the sign up process on this website, the User (Artist — Account Holder) hereby acknowledges the following terms and conditions regarding the use of this platform to market his or her art.
Eligibility
To use this platform, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. By creating an account or otherwise using Art-Bridge.co.uk, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Artist content
Artist generated content reflects the views of the Artist only. Art-Bridge.co.uk does not endorse and is not responsible for Artist content. Furthermore, profanity, obscenity, and abusive language are strictly prohibited.
Presentation & packaging
Artist undertakes to display and package artworks in a professional manner, to suggested guidelines displayed on the Art-Bridge.co.uk website.
Delivery
Artist undertakes to forward artwork to the buyer as soon as possible after purchase and to complete the necessary delivery fields on the site.
Copyright
Artist acknowledges that copyright of all images of the artists' work remains with them.
Membership & fees
Artist acknowledges that during the launch period there is no subscription fee to join. Optional paid membership may be introduced in future; if so, artists will be notified in advance. When membership is required, a subscription fee of £12 per annum may apply, with automatic renewal optional from the artist dashboard.
Commission
Artist acknowledges that Art-Bridge.co.uk will deduct a 20% commission from the purchase price of all works advertised for sale by the Artist on the site (unless a different rate is shown in your dashboard or agreed in writing).
Termination
Art-Bridge.co.uk reserves the right to terminate the membership of any Artist's profile on the site, if it finds a breach of the terms and spirit of this Agreement.
Intellectual property
Logo, design, text and code belong to art-bridge.co.uk and users cannot copy this without prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
www.art-bridge.co.uk and its owners are not liable for any losses should the website go down, or if a User suffers a loss from the use of this platform.
Changes to these terms
www.art-bridge.co.uk reserves the right to change the terms of this User agreement at any time and without prior written notice.
Image moderation & right of refusal
Art-Bridge reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to monitor, review, edit, or delete any image uploaded by users. We reserve the absolute right to reject or remove any artwork from the platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Decisions made by our moderation team are final.
